Harry Halpin is an affliated researcher at the Center Leo Apostel for Interdisciplinary Studies. He is also co-founder and CEO of Nym Technologies, SA, a privacy company. He completed his Ph.D. under Andy Clark at University of Edinburgh and postdocotral studies with Bernard Stiegler. He has over 50 publications in philosophy, artificial intelligence, big data, privacy, security, and blockchain technology.
